Carl Spiteri has been a regular on the Toronto bar circuit for over 30 years. He’s played drums and percussion for every type of musical act imaginable, from heavy metal to contemporary jazz to R & B, funk and soul. Nobody keeps the energy moving better than Carl!

He started his musical career covering rock acts like Cream, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple and others. Now he blends his powerful drum strokes with his great enthusiasm to form the heart beat of the Ron Nater Band’s Chicago style electric blues & vintage tunes and makes his home in Stouffville, Ontario.

Carl’s favourite drummers include Vinnie Colaiuta, Dave Weckl and Steve Gadd.
